What if I cancel my course registration?

You can cancel your course registration at any time. However, you will not always be entitled to reclaim your registration fee and/or course material costs.

Cancelling before the course begins

You are entitled to reclaim

• the registration fee (100%) AND
• the costs of your course material purchased at CLT (not in the Acco bookshop or elsewhere!)

Cancelling after the course has begun

On the day of the second lesson moment at the latest

• you are entitled to reclaim 90% of the registration fee
• you are not entitled to reclaim the costs of your course material purchased at CLT (or elsewhere)

After the day of the second lesson moment

• you are entitled to reclaim neither the registration fee nor the course material costs

Cancelling the parking card

You are entitled to reclaim

• all the costs, if you return the parking card to our secretary's office in perfect condition before the course begins
• only the deposit, if you return the parking card to our secretary's office in perfect condition after the course has begun

The course is suspended/cancelled due to force majeure: you can reclaim neither the registration fee nor the course material costs.

CLT decides to cancel your course: you can reclaim all the costs (registration fee, course material purchased at CLT, parking card).

Refund claims, with your bank account number as well as your student number, are to be addressed to the director of the CLT.
