Our ICT team supports students with questions about the learning platform and about access to Wi-Fi or Zoom lessons.
But they might have other digital questions too, such as:
- How do I use Itsme?
- How can I update my computer on time?
- How do I know if I can trust an email? How do I recognize phishing or internet fraud?
- How do I buy a bus or train ticket with my smartphone?
- How can I book an appointment with a doctor or dentist online?
- How do I use Smartschool?
- How can I order something online?
- How do I send a birthday card or photos via WhatsApp?
- How can I watch YouTube videos?
For these questions, anyone (students and non-students) can now visit volunteers Philippe and Luca every Monday from 16:00 to 18:00 in the waiting area near our office.
No appointment is necessary.
