What is the registration fee for Dutch courses?

The registration fee for a course in the field of Dutch as a Second Language (NT2) varies according to the target proficiency level (richtgraad).

• Proficiency Level 1
  • €1.50 per hour lesson hour
  • Maximum fee cap of €180 across all courses, not limited in time

• Proficiency Levels 2, 3 and 4
  • €0.60 per lesson hour
  • €0 or €0.30 per lesson hour if you meet certain conditions
  • Maximum registration fee of €300 per course per semester

Have you, as a student, already taken a module 3 times within a period of 6 school years?
Then, from the fourth time you register in that period, you will pay an increased registration fee:

• €3 per lesson hour if you are not eligible for a full exemption from the registration fee.
• €1.5 per lesson hour if you are eligible for a full exemption from the registration fee.
