How can I apply for training vouchers?

Via the WSE-window.

You have received your training vouchers and you wish to register for a language course in our centre

• at the secretary's office: you can immediately use the vouchers to pay your registration fee
• online
  • pay full price of the registration fee
  • provide us (in person or via email) with valid training vouchers as well as your bank account number before the end date of your course
  • we will transfer the money you are entitled to to your bank account as soon as possible

Please note that training vouchers are valid for 14 months starting from the day they were issued.

You have not yet received your training vouchers. However, you wish to register for a language course (either at the secretary's office or online)

• pay full price of the registration fee
• provide us (in person or via email) with valid training vouchers as well as your bank account number before the end date of your course
• we will transfer the money you are entitled to to your bank account as soon as possible

Please be aware of the following:

• you can use training vouchers to pay for your registration as well as for the (digital) course materials offered by our centre
• you cannot use training vouchers to pay for coursebooks/course materials in the Acco bookshop
• you can order training vouchers for a maximum amount of €250 per school year
• if you haven't got your secondary school diploma yet, you can apply for a 50% refund of your registration fee at the VDAB
• the value of the training vouchers you order must not exceed the price of the course you wish to take
